I don't know whether it was due to the large number of study committees or opposition on the part of certain committee members to such a study. I do know that we had at least thirty-six (36) study committees approved which is an unusually large number. If we had filed this request earlier in the session I'm confident that it would have been approved. Now that it is in the Agriculture Committee, I will see that it POSTs immediate consideration when we reconvene in January, 1980, if you are still interested.
